About Us
We are a married couple who are passionate about helping individuals improve their overall well-being. Our program combines physical fitness and mental exercises to create a holistic approach to health. Each of us is an expert to his and her own field.
Starting with our physical performance trainer, Camila Koukas was born in Argentina but grew up in Germany , has completed her Bachelor and Master studies at the German Sport University of Cologne, the biggest sport university in Europe, and other than her specialization on sports and exercise for both males and females, she is also interested on more complex matters relevant to her field as programmes for females during their menstrual cycle and menopause.
Coming to our mental performance trainer, Konstantinos Koukas was born and grew up in Athens, he studied Sport and Exercise Psychology at Coventry University (United Kingdom) and continued with his master studies on the same subject at the German Sport University of Cologne, he has delivered a vast majority of mental skills training programmes from individual athletes up to football academies like Fortuna Düsseldorf and Coventry City. He is interested on working with athletes overcoming their injuries and at their rehabilitation stage as well as helping with the development of younger athletes on their path to fulfilling their dreams.
Both of us will focus on you getting better at what you want to get better at, no matter which of our programmes you will choose. All of our packages include an initial screening regarding your fitness level that is repeated every 3 months and several mental performance screenings (either sessions or just filling up a questionnaire) within that period to ensure that both your body and your mind are focused on your goal and that our programme is fully adjusted to your current needs.

An exclusive program for young and upcoming talents aged between 12 and 17 years old that already do an individual or team sport and want to add a specialized strength training program with the goal of achieving better sport performance!

Athlete Development
A programme solely for professional level athlete development combining psychological skills training, cognitive training and specialized physical training depending on the athlete's goals and sport's needs. It is provided either as a personal training or a group personal as long as the athletes are from the same team.
Team building
This is a programme for businesses that want to offer something extra to their employees with training sessions that are designed in a way that not only they exercise but they are bonding together by doing something outside of their work environment. This programme not only improves the physique of your employees but helps them to perform better as a team during work.
Diagnostics: for the first training session and repeated every 3 months (depending on your goals)
Warm-up: Necessary for all our programs, done at the beginning of each session for about 5 minutes
Mobility: right after the warm up, for the body parts that will be utilized during the workout
HR Monitoring: at every session there is live HR tracking from our monitor, with our own trackers that are provided to you for free, ensuring better performance and better customization of each session (e.g. using Zone 2 for fat loss during training or taking breaks to avoid overload)
Main Workout: both the personal and the group personal share the same philosophy. It is a plan that is custom to each one and not a generic one that everyone has to follow. It includes strength training, endurance and improving your posture and it is always based on your needs and goals.
Stretching: an integral part of each session, it reduces the risk of injuries and helps to have better blood flow helping to a faster recovery
Cool down: Something as simple as 5 minutes of rowing or bicycling at the end of the training can make the post-training experience better. As it makes the transition back to the normal heart rate more linear and it get rids of some lactic acid so the post-workout soreness is not as intense.

· + Kid: kids from 5 to 12 years old, only with the parallel participation of the parent.
· + Partner: no age restriction (kids over 5), parallel participation with the one having the personal or with a group.
